Beautiful resort good ski conditions hotel was lovely as were all the staff especially Marti very nice young lady who looked after us very well lovely manner and always had a happy smile ti brighten your day
Rooms were cleaned to a high standard only moan re hotel was the charge for tap water even though we purchased wine every night !!
The bus was good and the drivers very cheerful and happy to drop you anywhere really thank you.
Lift guys in the slope were also very nice and friendly and always happy to help if you struggled getting on and off lifts 👍
Over all an awesome holiday great ski conditions especially for intermediate skiers like myself

Hotel is immaculate. The food is plentiful and the house wine is excellent. The ski room is great and the sauna/steam is very clean. Christoph is brilliant front of house and is super helpful. Everyone was friendly. The rooms are spotless. We would highly recommend!
Great hotel, quiet location, great facilities and v spacious family room with beautiful bathroom (berg idyll) Very friendly, helpful staff.
Amazing food.
Only downside is that is it located up a pretty steep hill.
Rooms are very nice, we had a view of the mountains which was amazing. Showers were hot, bathroom was nice. Employees are very accommodating and helpful with excellent English which made things easy to communicate. Food was in mouth watering. Would highly recommend.
The best hotel I’ve stayed at. The room was very nice and clean and had an amazing view of the mountains from the balcony. The food was really nice, 4 course meal. The spa area was also very clean and the pool area also has chairs so you can just sit or relax. The staff are nice too. It is only a short walk to the bus stop to get around the town or to the mountains. Most of the hotel staff speak some English. It is a very good hotel!
Spent 3 nights here during a conference. Hassle free. Good room, good breakfast, nice staff and nice sauna facilities with many different saunas and an indoor pool. Rooftop outdoor area with beautiful views. Close to ski rentals and bus going to the ski lifts.
Had a very nice stay for 10 nights. Good service, good food, nice breakfast buffet every morning and a very nice spa and swimming pool. Also plenty of parking available and good storage for ski equipment available.
The hotel is one step away from either being great with some minor improvements to the service/facilities or poor if key issues aren't addressed. 1) attention to detail regarding customer service, 2) provision of tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, 3) provision of soft drinks in the dinning area and 4) open the sauna and steam rooms to none nude guests. The rooms are starting to look tired but are well proportioned.
